We are going with a black and white theme for the night and ask if all hens could wear black with the bride to be in white. 

We would ask that everyone is ready to go for 4.45pm as the cocktail making starts at 5pm and we head straight to dinner from there 

Tipsy cocktails arrive to set up at 4.30 with our 2 hours starting at 5pm. Tipsy cocktails is a mobile cocktail making class that teaches the art of mixology & cocktail making techniques.  After a demonstration on how to make each drink, we will use professional bar equipment with guidance from their expert mixologist to mix 4 delicious drinks.  We can choose the four cocktails we will make from our menu.  

I will send out a poll to get information on the drinks - we get to pick 2 long and 2 short from the menu linked above so will go with majority from the poll.  

Mocktail versions are available so if you would prefer this option please let Lisa know asap so the booking can be amended. 

We have booked private dining in function room at the Queens Head in Rothbury.

We will leave the cottages around 7-7.15pm and head by taxi to the Queens head (15 mins drive).  Cost per person for the taxi is around £14.00
